• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our signal algorithms
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform without written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artemis Trades shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
