By accessing or using the Artemis Trades platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice posted on this page.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using Artemis Trades, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. It is your sole responsibility to verify that trading is legal in your country or region.

Artemis Trades is offered as a monthly subscription or as a one-time access plan depending on the offer selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via JVZoo. By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable recurring charges (for monthly plans). You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support before your next billing date.

All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Artemis Trades offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting support. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Renewal payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., multiple refunds across similar products).

Upon payment, Artemis Trades grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any signals or content
• Copy, scrape, or automate signal extraction from the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform

All content on the Artemis Trades platform — including but not limited to trading signals, algorithms, dashboard design, copy, graphics, email templates, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Artemis Trades. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees remain due.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artemis Trades and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on information from the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Artemis Trades operates.
